Yes. You must execute at least one trade every 30 consecutive calendar days to keep your account active. This applies to all account types and stages: 1-Step, 2-Step, Instant and Flex, Challenge and Funded.

What counts as activity

  • Any opened trade (a market order, or a pending order that fills).
  • Any closed trade.
  • Logging in, watching charts or placing a pending order that never triggers does not count as activity.

How it works

  • The 30 days are counted in calendar days from your last executed trade (UTC), and the count restarts with each new trade.
  • If an account shows no executed trade for 30 consecutive days, it is marked as inactive and closed due to a breach.
  • Funded and Instant accounts: a payout that was already approved before the account became inactive remains valid. Any payout not yet approved is lost.
  • Challenge accounts: the account is failed and cannot be revived.

How to avoid it

  • Place at least one executed trade every 30 days.
  • If you need a longer break, contact support before day 30 to request a documented hold.
  • Track your last trade date on your dashboard.
