Account fees are not refunded after purchase. The only refund Flex4ex offers is the fee return paid with your first successful withdrawal on 1-Step and 2-Step accounts.
Fee return with your first payout
- 1-Step and 2-Step: your full account fee is returned together with your first successful withdrawal, as long as there are no rule violations.
- Instant accounts: fees are not returned.
- Flex accounts: the $9 setup fee and the activation fee are not returned.
- If your first withdrawal is rejected for a violation, the fee return is voided.
Not eligible for a refund
- A failed or breached account.
- An account you no longer want after purchase.
- Add-ons purchased at checkout.
